Every thirty minutes of the hour
Endurance: Every hour of the day
Level: Every two hours of the day!
Burnt Food:
11:00 - 12:00 NST
Dubloons: 55 seconds past the minute
These times are not known to work indefinately, the time on the neopets sidebar is inaccurate.

6:00-7:00 A.M (NST)
2:00-3:00 P.M (NST)
10:00- 11:00
P.M (NST)
The Snowager is guaranteed to be asleep during these times but
you can only steal from him once during a nap.
